A Pie in the Sky was started by Veronica in 2016 as a side project out of her desire to use delicious, home-style pies to create community. Veronica wants to spread joy and humanity through her pies, and now makes pies full-time. She is currently on an extended leave to be a stay-at-home-mom, and we will be closed for the foreseeable future.
